User-Specific Clinic Note Templates

Please allow users to create and manage personal Clinic Note templates that are not automatically visible to the entire clinic.

Different providers, programs, and support roles document different types of interactions. A template that is useful to one user may be irrelevant to everyone else. When all templates must be shared broadly, template lists become cluttered and organizations may be reluctant to approve additions.

Personal templates would allow users to reduce repetitive typing and standardize their own documentation without affecting other users. There could also be an option to share a template with selected users or submit it for clinic-wide approval when broader use would be beneficial.

This would improve efficiency while keeping shared template libraries organized and manageable.
