Waitlist configuration should be scoped by clinic, service, specialty, provider, or program rather than applying broadly across the organization.
Different services may have completely different referral reasons, statuses, priorities, and workflow requirements. When one shared configuration must serve everyone, users are presented with large numbers of irrelevant options and changes made for one group may affect many others.
Please allow administrators to determine which waitlist options are available to specific clinics, provider groups, or services. Users should also be able to save personal views, filters, and column layouts without changing the Waitlist for everyone else.
This would make the Waitlist more relevant and manageable for each service, reduce configuration conflicts, and support organizations with diverse referral workflows.
