1000% agree as well.
Currently, the app is limited to providers only, which I feel is short-sighted. Clinic management and leadership team (as well as all clinic support staff who utilize the EMR) also have legitimate need 7 reasons to access schedules and other EMR functions from personal mobile devices (iPhone/iPad).
For managers, the ability to quickly view and manage schedules, support clinic operations, and respond to urgent needs outside the clinic is critical. Having to rely on Citrix on mobile devices is cumbersome, less secure, and not user-friendly compared to native app access.
Expanding AccuroGo access beyond just providers would significantly improve usability, workflow efficiency, and overall adoption of the platform.

This would also be useful for students who do not have Provider status.
Completely agree. As Admin Assist I basically have duties of Receptionist however my office is in the back. I am not set up to have patients in my office to ask questions as I enter things into our computer. If I want to book them an appointment I'm in and out just to confirm a time works for them.
I agree completely as I am often working in the office with a technician while the physician is working remotely. It would alleviate a lot of the extra back and forth and provide a more streamline patient care especially during this difficult time with Covid. Any relief from the added workload would be an absolute asset.
