I bought a Samsung tablet specifically for using Accuro at home visits, but the interface makes it unusable. I was told that this was the only Android tablet that would have sufficient RAM for the Citrix Workspace app. However, the font and icon sizes, as well as the pointer size, are far too small to be usable and there is a ton of unused screen space. This results in a lot of clicking and dragging the pointer around, which is an enormous waste of time and makes me look totally incompetent to my clients. It is also very difficult to open and edit form letters (they open in a separate window which is hidden behind the first and require several clicks to access). The fact that there is no accessibility function beyond changing the font from size 11 to size 14 (which still shows up smaller than I can see on my tablet, and I am 28 years old with 20/20 vision) is disgraceful. Please address this as soon as possible.
