Online Booking for Medeo Only Customers

Currently Online Booking is available as an EMR integrated service. It's not currently available to Medeo only customers.

Medeo only customers also wish to allow their customers to book online.

    Online Booking is currently available to EMR integrated customers only due to Accuro having all of the logic about a provider's availability. The complexities of the EMR Scheduler is not currently handled within Medeo and thus this functionality cannot yet be accommodated for Medeo only customers.

    We may in the future look to add more robust information about a provider's schedule within Medeo which would then allow for this functionality to be implemented; however, this work is not currently planned.
