We have observed that if you send an invitation to join medeo to an email that is incorrect and not the patient intended the incorrect person can still create a medeo account if they have the link from the provider. I THINK THAT MEDEO SHOULD AUTHENTICATE any new ACCOUNT CREATION BY ENSURING THE PATIENT'S DATE OF BIRTH ENTERED WHEN CREATING THE ACCOUNT MATCHES THE DATE OF BIRTH ON THE CHART. This way if an email is errant if the errant person tries to create the account it wont work because the date of birth wouldnt match the chart. This would be an added security feature.
