We have had many problems with patients not being able to establish a Medeo account and they have no declined using medeo. If we had a number to give to the patient when they call, we may have more patients using this Medeo email. A 1-800 number would be ideal.
It really isnt our area of expertise to be trying to help people with Medeo.
I direct the patients to call the Accuro Support 1-866-729-8889 and use the Medeo option and to make sure that they let them know that they are patients. I've never had a patient call back to say that didn't work.
