Easier sign-in/sign-up

Change how patients sign up and sign in. Many patients can't get into Medeo stating wrong password (even if they just created password). Why not make it with date of birth and health card instead to sign in.

We have many patients that end up calling the office because they can't get into their Medeo account. This defeats the purpose of having Medeo to cut down on phone calls and phone tag with patients. There needs to be an easier way for patients to use Medeo.
