I think that it would be helpful if the medeo messaging account for the patient was linked to our medeo booking. Currently if the patient is logged into account to receive message from physician and they need to book an appointment, there is not link to do so. The patient has to go out of the messaging and go to the medeo online booking.
This system is incredibly confusing. Why don't you see a "Create appointment" button, under the appointments tab? Rather than having to log out, and log back into another system.
To users it's just "Medeo Health", but you have it segregated into three different websites.
