Join My Appointment button visible but not able to be selected until 4 hours before appointment

Patients may get confused if looking at their video appointments in advance and not seeing an option to "Join" the appointment. The button should be visible but just grayed out until the appointment is able to be joined.

    several patients have asked for this. It would reduce calls to office asking for clarification.
