When attaching a document to Medeo message, any annotations do not appear on what is sent despite being saved on the document in the chart.

Because annotations can't be seen by the patient, it isn't possible to annotate a document / form for patient and send it back without printing / saving it and scanning it / reentering it into the chart which is time consuming. One of the main reasons our clinic loves Medeo messaging is to be able to send out documents but this hiccup means it is just as easy to email it back to the patient as use Medeo.
