group video appointments

It would be helpful to have group video appointments or a functionality in which multiple screens can be connected in the appointment.

For example, if I wanted to conduct a virtual counselling session with a child patient and i want to play a (non virtual) therapeutic board game with that child, i can use the additional screen to show the board game. A function that otherwise cannot be conducted via screen sharing.

Medeo booking for Group Appointments accessible for patient has to be an individual appointment allocated with that given time slot for the group meeting being hosted, just to allow patient the option of booking into the group session themselves.

Our group meetings are hosted via Zoom. Pt's are confused by the reminders and are trying to checkin via Medeo & Not via Zoom even though we have informed them both verbally as well as via email reminders with the zoom invite and the exact start time of the meeting which is different from the their Medeo booked timeslot.

In the event that they actually check-in correctly via Zoom they are still confused by the time as the Medeo reminder indicates differently as this is just their allocated time slot that they are scheduled for within the group meet time slot, but infact NOT the actual time start of the meeting which is different. ( we cannot book multiple patient into the same appointment spot on Medeo.) This is a major issue if we are allowing our patients to book via medeo.

If the patient books into a group meeting via Medeo. I cannot disable the Medeo reminder feature to try and limit the confusion - This could be a good work around until a permanent fix is in place.
