We would like the message the patient receives to remind them of their appointment to differentiate between in office and phone appointments. We end up getting alot of calls from patients checking whether they are getting a phone call or fi they are expected to come into the clinic. A simple edit to the message they receive that instead of saying just "you have an appointment' it would say 'you have a phone appointment' or 'you have an in office appointment' would be great!
