The "enter" key should not automatically send a message. Clicking the send/reply button should be the only way to send a message!

After the 1st message, when you press "enter" it automatically sends the message even when you're not finished and you just wanted to create a new paragraph. My patients have also complained about this. You should only be able to send a reply by clicking the reply button (just like in any email program!!).

There is a setting in the User Profile -> Display -> General to "Prevent enter key from triggering send (Healthmail)".
Pro tip - for any other time you face something similar usually Shift + Enter will newline for you.

Apologies for how long it took for someone to respond to this.
