Right now, when you hit enter, the message sends instead of starting a new paragraph. This is frustrating and time consuming for us, but I have had the same feedback from my patient who has sent me back messages within medeo. I think the enter key should only be used as it is intended, and not as a tool to send an email.
Yes, please. It is really frustrating for clients and staff when Accuro features are not intuitive and user friendly.
This can be fixed in the User Preferences. There is now a checkbox to adjust this setting.
