Steve from Client Services submitting this on Dr. Croome's behalf.
This would be helpful as providers would like more notification settings in order to keep track of patient messages that have been delivered but not read. For example, receive a notification of a message has not been read in 5 days.
This would allow them to follow up with the patient to make sure they are receiving the message.
I completely agree with this request. This is a patient safety issue. Other patient messaging systems have implemented this already (eg: Health Myself) so Medeo is behind.
