Currently Healthmail shows the email address that exists in Accuro patx demographics. However, in Accuro, the patx file may be linked to a different email address and all Healthmail goes to that (hidden) link. Only the office IT administrator can source the issue and correct the issue.
In the Medeo Portal a provider can search for a patx and find multiple instances for one patx but again, NOT, see their email address ( until after you send) .
In effect when you send a Healthmail you may be misled as to what address the email is going to . This is detrimental to recommending this product.
In the Medeo Portal, patx can make multiple accounts for themselves without a warning or the ability to cancel / close accounts. They do have the option of changing emails associated with an account.
Improvements needed: Healthmail should show the linked email address and allow corrections / changes with Accuro.
