Add Declined Appointment to Accuro's Appointment View

If a patient books online but we decline the appointment, we can’t see the declined appt in Accuro’s Appointment View for that patient, there is no record of that appointment in the EMR.  i.e. if a patient calls in to inquire about the declined appointment and is talking to a different staff member than the one who declined it – how can another staff member find the details on it?

    Yes, this is a hassle and a half, and frankly unacceptable. A patient calling to inquire about their declined booking will not receive the help/clarification they need. Everything should be recorded in the appointment history. Period. Not having any record in the EMR is astounding.
