Accuro Econsult features need to match OTN

On OTN econsult there is an option to "add note" in addition to provide consult or request more information. "add note" allows one to add a recommendation or question on if they forgot or if they ran out of space. Also in OTN it allows you to enter the time you spent on requesting more information or adding a note, accuro econsult only asks you for the time you spent after you provide the consult. This is important because sometimes the referring physician cancels the econsult mid process (ie maybe after you have asked for more info but not provide the consult yet) and if this happens using accuro then I am not getting paid for the time spent on reviewing the case/sending the additional questions.
