When doctor is away, Medeo should send an "out of office" message to the patient.
We have examples of patients sending somewhat urgent requests for medical advice where the doctors is away for >1 week. As a result, the patient concern is not responded to in a timely manner when if the same patient had just called the office, we would have directed them to urgent care.
There is potentially a medical/legal concern here.
This is very very important. Please address!
