HealthMail

HealthMail is often going to Junk or Spam and patients are not seeing the email or also may not recognize the purpose of the email and delete it. We are finding patients are often not opening their messages. We would like to have it look like it is coming directly from our email address and they be able to reply to us at that address. Also it would be great to have the email more branded to our clinic versus Medeo.

    We started using Ocean and it's much more user friendly than Medeo for patient's. Patient's love it!

    It would be nice if ocean as a free feature like medeo for patient messaging and forms :)
