When booking an appointment online, the "Review Information" page has an overview of the appointment details. At the moment, the top field will default to "Office appointment" when a patient books online. This is because Medeo assumes that the appointment booked this way is an in office appointment. This becomes confusing if the clinic is using online booking to book for things like a phone appointment. This should either be removed or updated in some way to make it more clear for the patient.
I concur! This really needs to be fixed. We have had many complaints regarding this from patients.
