Couldn't agree more, the ability to enable end users to query any field within a given Accuro form provided the field has a list of values is extremely valuable. It is also considered industry standard for any Business intelligence tool. The current limited options on the query builder does not allow this kind of flexibility. For Instance today I wanted to build a query by using fields from the wait list form and much to my surprise only 8 out of the possible 20+ fields within the form were available for display. Please please consider this and we would love to have a due date as well to know when to expect it
Being able to add future and incomplete tasks via query to SOAP notes would help to ensure that requisitions and referrals are created in a timely fashion. For example, this would be helpful for colonoscopies or PAPs to be done earlier than routine screening due to past dysplasia.

agree would be good if you could have a free flow for the query section of task so you could run a report with a specific task NOTE
The ability for it to do more than one query type at a time so you should be able to choose any of the options on the left to be part of the rule on the right instead of creating a list..
I would like to see the Additional ID fields as a field option in query builder.
Agree with Cathy, search by Date of Birth not by Age.
The advanced logic should contain a "not" clause - so we can query 1 AND 2 AND NOT (3 AND 4)
There is no way to do this currently
I'd like to be able to search by Date of Birth not by Age.
It would also be nice to have the ability to query the address book
I would like the ability to report on wait lists in the query builder.
Currently we are only able to report on the date a wait list request was made. And in the export, it does not display "consult type" only consult priority and consult status
Specifically, I would like to see "Consult Type" as options in query builder!
