Ability to insert fillable PDFs directly into the SOAP note

Using a tick box can be much faster when asking the same questions for a particular problem. As examples - an URTI assessment questionnaire, smoking questionnaire and many more. Currently, one has to close/minimize the SOAP note and open another window for the PDFs. This takes time during the encounter and when reviewing a patient note later. Rarely, in my practice does a patient have only two issues. Thus instead of opening and closing different windows it would be practical to have all the elements of that day's encounter contained within that SOAP note.

As an option, Accuro does have the Forms to Letters feature, which allows for information from a form to populate a note.

Components on a form are given unique "tag" names, which can then be used to build a note template. When the form is completed on a patient chart, a note can then be generated from it.

You can read more about the Forms to Letters functionality in the Accuro User Guide, here and here.
