Medical History bands - restricting access to add Details

Currently, under 'Feature Access' you can remove the access for users to 'Manage Medical History Items', which removes their ability to add History items to Medical History bands such as Lifestyle, Surgical History, Family History. But this does not remove access to add Details items to the History items. Would like to be able to restrict this, as with lots of users on the system, the Details list for common Histories quickly becomes very long, and you get very specific Details, as not all users understand they can freetext in the 'Note' field.
