Surgical/Medical History should be freetext

Customers would like the option of free text for the Surgical/Medical history band. Currently you need to add the diagnosis, which then gets added to a list of diagnosis to scroll through. Some diagnosis are very rare and do not need to be included in the list of available diagnosis. If you could free text, then you could manually add the rare diagnosis without it populating the diagnosis list in the Surgical/Medical History window, making the scrollable list more useful and keeping it small with common diagnosis.
