Have a drop-down to add Next of Kin in Demographics tab beside name

Would there be a way to add Next of Kin relationship beside the name of the next of kin on the demograhpics tab. This is the first tab the receptionists see and edit most of their information ie; address, phone #, next of kin. Can there be a box added to put in the relationship. Now the girls are adding it beside the name and this makes it very mess for forms, etcetera.
