form component for claims/billing Merged

In our custom forms for various treatments, it would be great if we could select diagnostic and procedure codes -- that would go straight into billing/claims. How about a form component that would embed the Details part of a Claim Detail. This would allow the Doctors adds codes, costs etc. directly while they are entering all the treatment details in the form (during the normal workflow). It would allow us to select complex and/or specific multiple diagnostic/procedure codes (the actual consult/treatment) versus the one that was booked in the scheduler. Easier for the physician to ensure that the billing is correct, versus depending on the MOA to enter it. Also, in many cases, we are not finished entering the treatment notes in the form but the patient is heading to reception to check-out. (And we have both private & MSP billing.) Since the form screen is locked (eg it doesn't allow you to also open claims) you must close the treatment form before adjusting/editing the claims. And then re-open the form to finish treatment notes.
