Auto billing from a form

I would like to have the option to set a standard billing for a certain form.

For example, when we complete CCAC (Community Care Access Center) in Ontario we can billing a K070. Sometimes the physician completes the forms and forgets to tell me so that it can be billed. It would be great if the bill was automatically generated for this form since it is always the exact same code.
