Ability to edit forms that are already saved on a patient's chart

The clinic created a Tracking Form that they use for patient's. A Form has been created and is being used much like a spreadsheet in Excel. They require the ability to be able to edit this form easily when it is already saved to a patient's chart. Ideally a Form that is much more like an Excel Spreadsheet would work best, something that can be completely edited while on a patient's chart already. ie. Change the Column's headings and Copy and paste multiple cells at once.
