A way to indicate that a patient's chart is fully scanned into computer?

Is there any way to indicate that a person's chart has been fully scanned in without adding a pop up note?

    If you want to see a non invasive reminder when you have the patient selected, you could use Patient Flags. This would not pop up to alert you but would display an icon beside the patient name in the patient status bar.

    If you are looking to track who has a paper chart still and who has a fully scanned in chart, you could also make use of the "Paper Chart" checkbox and note field in the Patient Demographics.
