Hello,
If you are referring specifically to Private Billing, this information is available at a glance in the Demographics section, under the Private Billing tab. The Private Billing tab is also in F4 (Quick Patient Appointments View).
When you generate invoices/receipts for Private Pay claims, you also have the option to save the invoice to the Virtual Chart.
As a user preference, this action can be defaulted to Yes, so that generated invoices/receipts are automatically added to the chart. You can do this via: Accuro Menu > File > User Preferences > Display > EMR Workflow > Save Invoices to Patient Chart: Yes > <Apply> > <OK>
For any claim, F4 shows at-a-glance what the total amount of a bill was + total owing, if applicable; double-clicking the line will also open the "Billing and Appointment Details" view, which includes Billed/Paid.
If you would like assistance with any of these workflows, please contact the Service Desk at 1-866-729-8889; a Client Services Analyst would be happy to help you.
