We need to easily view past billings for a given patient

Right now it's very complex to view past billings for a patient. It would be much better if, when we're in the Claims Section, Daily claims (or Not Reconciled, or Not Submitted - anywhere in here), if we could right click on a patient and select an option where it would bring up the prior bills on this patient for the last year to 2 in a drop down menu. All we need is the billing code, the date of the bill, and was it paid, for each bill in the last year or 2. This is important because some things we can only bill every year, some every 6 months, etc, and it would be nice to know if we can actually bill it today when we're seeing the patient.

    You can easily view a patient's billing history by pressing F4 from anywhere in the EMR.

    You can also setup billing rules that will warn you if you are attempting to bill a code that has time restrictions.
