appointment hitsory - Need more Options. Full apt History

in apt history i would like notes to be added to the wheel, so you may see any notes the receptionist put in there. ie - pt called this day to book apt. or another example pt called to confirm this apt. also this system you cannot check to see when an apt was booked after the pt checked in. you have to have access to audit logs, so insufficient. i do not like this. abelmed has this

    Hello,

    To clarify, are you meaning Appointment History as it displays in the EMR, or Appointment History as it displays in F4?
