Block Access to all Chart's except for a small group of Patient's

In a research clinic, some users will only have permission to view a select group of patient's partaking in the research. There is currently no ability in Accuro to limit access to all Patient's except for a select few. You are able to lock individual Patient chart's though this needs to be done in a one off fashion and would prove extremely time consuming for locking every chart in the database except for a certain group. It would be nice to have an option that allows to lock all patient's charts except... Or even the ability to restrict access to certain provider's patient's with Template permissions.
