Read Only access to Clinical Trial patients charts only. Merged

There are very strict rules around clinical trials. We need to be able to provide read only access to patients charts who are part of the clinical trial and only those patient charts, including audit logs. We are able to provide read only access to the auditors, but we are not able to restrict their access to just the clinical trial patients.
