Change the Order of Task/Mail Recipients

We would like to be able to control the order of the the mail/tasks list of staff for instance putting the administrator at the bottom and the transcriptionist, nurses at the top.

Different users roles have different recipient priorities and would benefit from being able to set their own order in tasks.

We would like to be able to control the order of the roles when sending a task/mail message. ie - we would like to have the most used at the top or collapsible role lists would be nice too.

Add the Ability to hide user roles in the tasking and messaging window. Merged

Users are accidentally assigning tasks to users who are in an purely administrative or view only role. For example tasks are being assigned to a Power User, Administrator, or Manager rather than a clerical or provider.

Re-organize the Order of Recipients in an open Task or Email Merged

It would be useful in a large clinic with many roles among the users to be able to reorganize the list of recipients in the left-hand column when writing an email or task. In my case, it would be so we can bump up the 'Receptionist' group so that ...

so that the people you task most often are at the top and you dont need to scroll down every time.
