Re-organize the Order of Recipients in an open Task or Email Merged

It would be useful in a large clinic with many roles among the users to be able to reorganize the list of recipients in the left-hand column when writing an email or task. In my case, it would be so we can bump up the 'Receptionist' group so that physicians don't have to scroll all the way down the list of Roles to get to the desired contact. They send about 90% of their tasks and emails to the Receptionists, so this would be most efficient for them if their Receptionists were already within view when selecting who they are sending their task/message to.
