This was posted 4 years ago, disappointing to see it isn't being considered yet. The linking feature as it is currently is so onerous to use that it's almost unusable. This idea needs to be implemented, and I would also add that one should be able to link a document or note to a diagnosis through the virtual chart with a right click through the context menu. Please QHR, consider doing this to make diagnosis linking a more workable feature.
