Add Diagnostic Imaging Link to sidebar

Providers would like to have access to Diagnostic Imaging with a shortcut on the sidebar in the same manner as they currently access Labs, Documents, Tasks, Faxes etc. These sidebar shortcuts are relied upon for workflow but now that Diagnostic Imaging Reports are arriving electroically we have to retrain to look elsewhere to find them on the home screen. For UI consistency their should be a shortcut link available for Diagnostic Imaging as well, showing number of unreviewed results.

    Currently these results are being lumped together with documents under the documents notification icon. They should have their own notification with an xray icon.
