select more than one pt & No SHow

i would like to select more than one pt at a time by using the shift button, i would like to select no shows, or no charge to eliminate lost time. thanks

    You can do this from the Claims section or F4 window.

    Claims:
    1. Go to Claims along the navigation bar.

    2. In Daily Claims select the date where you need to apply No Show or No Charge.

    3. Use the SHIFT or CTRL key on your keyboard to select all bills for that date.

    4. Right-click and under Options, select either No Show or No Charge.

    F4:
    1. Tap F4 on your keyboard.

    2. Search for the patient who you need to apply No Show or No Charge.

    3. Use the SHIFT or CTRL key on your keyboard to select all appointments/bills for that patient.

    4. Right-click and under Options, select either No Show or No Charge.


    This action also updates the Schedule with the No Show/No Charge status.

    (If completing the steps from the F4 window, you can only do this on a per patient basis, not for multiple patients on a single date)

    Since some users will not have permission to view the Claims section, this Idea is still requesting the ability to mass mark No Show/No Charge from the Scheduler.
