Use Ctrl Button In Accuro Merged

i would like to select more than one pt at a time using the ctrl button. example: more than one personw as a no show. instead of doing one at a time, hold done ctrl and use mouse to select all of the patients taht were a no show then right click and hit no show. being able to use this ctrl like this in accuro would save a lot of time. for scheduling or for deleting procedure lines in claims, and so on
