It would be beneficial for our physicians to be able to see the forms they completed right under the clinical notes, instead of at the bottom under a separate heading

Currently when a physician fills out a FORM (eg. wcb, sgi) they are put to the bottom of the Encounter notes tab. It is the request of our doctors that these forms coordinate with the clinical note and show up in sequence as opposed to having to scroll to the bottom to see if it was completed. I understand when you look in the virtual chart it is in date sequence if you select it that way, but when working in the encounter notes tab there is no option.
