Documents and Clinical Notes Added To Encounter Notes Should Be Defaulted to 'Yes' as Reviewed In Virtual Chart

When a form or clinical note is added to patients encounter note it should be set as defaulted as reviewed. Right now when a document or clinical note is added it is shown in the virtual chart as Reviewed: No. Maybe in user preferences there could be an option "Documents and notes added defaulted as reviewed" this way when they are added to the encounter notes they will be shown as reviewed:yes in the patients chart under the reviewed column. In the meantime you can go to Encounter notes> right click> reviewed.
