Cancelling Appointment and not changing the dates of our generated letters Merged

Currently, when you want to cancel an appointment you have to change the date of any encounter notes using the same date as that appointment. It makes sense that they are all linked, however, it can make a lot of "busy-work" to change dates on letters, lab reqs and an xray req-all of which is sent to each new person - before we can cancel the appointment. Also, sometimes, I find myself wishing I could keep it dated with the original date. Or they cancel on the acutal appointment date (so they aren't a no show and it really does need to be cancelled) so I have to just pick a random date before I can cancel. This makes the chart inacurate. Maybe if we could have the option to pick the day they cancelled instead and not have it bounce back to us. And not have Accuro automatically put a date, other than the date it was done, on things like the lab reqs etc. You can't "inclick" the date on the left hand side of the encounter notes, so everything has the date you last picked.
