Cancelling Appointments In The Scheduler Even Though There Is An Encounter Note Attached

When you send a notice of appointment to another physician using a clinical note, it automatically attaches the note to the day of the appointment. If this appointment it later cancelled or rescheduled, Accuro will not allow you to cancel the appointment in the schedule section because it is attached to a note/day. You either have to leave the appointment in the schedule and mark it "cancelled or moved" or you have to go in a change the date of the clinical note. I propose that you are able to cancel an appointment in the Accuro scheduler even if it is attached to an note.

Currently, when you want to cancel an appointment you have to change the date of any encounter notes using the same date as that appointment. It makes sense that they are all linked, however, it can make a lot of "busy-work" to change dates on let...

Need to be able to auto populate appointment information to a template without linking to the letter Merged

If we link the letter with the appointment any time that we need to cancel or change an appointment we would have to delete the letter. This would take too much time for a fast paced clinic.
