It would be beautiful to be able to type a person's name after the company name on a CC. Some companies are so big if you don't put an actual person's name they lose the letter so for now we print the letter and manually write in a person's name and fax it manually as well. Not a very efficient use of time.

Typists would find this great to use and also to cc a patient we can't actually type in their name we just created a contact called Patient, it would be more professional in my opinion to be able to actually type in their name. We also have medical students who dictate a lot and for legal reason we have to put their name on the footer. We can't create a footer for all of them. There are too many so we just delete the footer and manually type in whole footer, takes a lot of time to do this sometimes. Thanks for the opportunity to submit this feedback.

    cc function LACKS in many respects. The name, address and fax number should also be displayed. It's very unprofessional to cc a letter with only the "name". This is not a text to my "BFF" its a business letter!
