Right Click [LM] on Scheduler

There is a [C] for confirmed. [NS] for no show. Now you just need a [LM] for left message. Or even a [NA] for no answer/not available...... If anyone has to confirm patients for the next day, they will understand how important it is to know the status of their calls. Currently, I write it in the appointment notes but it doesn't show up to the left-hand side of the patient's name which can be a real pain at times. We also use the waitlist so when the patient is entered into the scheduler from the waitlist, all of that info is transferred into the appointment notes; thus forcing the [LM] to be out of view on the scheduler. Thanx!
