More Options For Patient Preferred Contact Merged

The preferred method in patient demographics only had the choice of Home, Work and Cell Numbers. It would be nice if there were more options or the option to manage the selections. Some patients prefer to be contacted by email or text and it would be nice if there was an option for that.

    Also for patients that don't speak English or have a caregiver, it would be
    nice to have a space for alternate contact phone number and a space beside
    it to put their name. Currently we put their number in the "work" slot and
    write the name in the extension spot.
