The option for Email as the preferred contact method has been added when adding a New Patient (F6 > Preferred Contact dropdown), and when editing the patient demographics (Patient section > Demographics tab > Preferred Contact Method dropdown or Scheduler > Select Patient > Edit button > Preferred Contact Method dropdown).
This would be so useful for us
I think it would be great even if there was a MANAGE button and we could add our own choices.
In addition to email address, it would be helpful if this list was manageable. Some patients may prefer text, or perhaps a next of kin is the preferred contact.
